1. After applying toner, pump 1-2 times to dispense the essence. Gently apply it over the entire face.
2. Once oxygen bubbles begin to form (after about 10 seconds), tap lightly to help them absorb.
3. After absorption, gently tap any remaining bubbles into the skin, avoiding wiping them away.
