Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, exchange, refund, or repair, your item must:

  • Be in saleable condition

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on both online and in-store purchases.


Faulty Item / Damaged Parcel

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • A photo showing the damaged item

  • The parcel packaging

  • The shipping label

All items must be visible in one photo to help us process your claim efficiently.


Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue

  • We will cover the return shipping cost for incorrect items


Missing Items

If your order is missing items, please contact Customer Service within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A clear photo of all items received

  • Items placed next to the shipping label on the parcel


Allergic Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction:

  1. Stop using the product immediately

  2. Take a photo of the reaction

  3. Obtain a medical certificate from your doctor

📄 Refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions require a medical certificate, and the product must be less than 10% used upon return.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We do not offer refunds for delivery delays


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Item name(s)

  • Reason for return

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank

Orders paid with gift cards are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care items (e.g. sanitary products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

  • Gift cards
