Round Lab Mugwort Calming Toner is a toner that provides a comforting and soothing effect which helps calm the skin. The artemisia extract acts as a repository of nutrients such as Vitamin A, B, and Beta-carotene which helps comfort the skin.

After washing the face during morning and the evening, gently apply an appropriate amount during the toner step. Lightly tap to promote absorption of ingredients into the skin.
