1. Take a small amount of the Soothing Massage Cream and warm it up between your palms by rubbing them together to help soften it and make it easier to spread.

2. Gently apply the warmed cream to the area you wish to massage, start with a small amount and add more as needed.

3. Using your fingertips, begin massaging the cream into your skin using circular motions. Apply light to medium pressure, depending on your comfort level.

4. Gently wipe off any excess cream with a soft towel or tissue.
