1. Start by wetting your skin thoroughly before using the body wash in the shower or bath.
2. Apply a small amount of the body wash to your hands, loofah, or washcloth and create a lather.
3. Gently cleanse your skin with circular motions, then rinse off the body wash completely and pat your skin dry with a towel.
