1. Dispense an appropriate amount of the non-sticky, creamy treatment onto your palm.
2. After shampooing, apply the treatment all over your hair, avoiding the scalp, and focusing on the tips.
3. Gently massage your hair with your hands, leave the treatment on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
4. Use 1-2 times a week. For optimal results, wear a hair cap or use a steamed towel after applying the treatment.
