1. After cleansing, use a toner to prepare the skin.
Remove a sheet from the pouch and apply it to the forehead, nose, and top cheek.
2. Hold the incision line of the sheet, pull it upwards, and cover the cheeks, avoiding lifts.
3. After 10-20 minutes, remove the sheet from top to bottom and gently pat remaining essence onto the skin for absorption.
