Use 1-2 times a week. After cleansing with body soap, take a small amount of the body scrub in the palm and mix in a little bit of water. Smear the mixture on your body and then lightly massage, especially on the elbows, arms, knees and any parts that need some extra care. Finally rinse off with lukewarm water. It is recommended to apply body lotion to keep your skin smooth and soft.
