How to use

Use on clean feet.

1. Remove the sheet from the bag.
2. Lay the long side of the sheet on its side and apply it along the heel with the moisturizing pack part touching the dry part. Stick it so that it adheres to the heel.
3. Leave it for 1-2 hours then remove.
