Victory Ceramic Cuticle On Off Oil Pusher is a nail product that can remove nail cuticles at once by combining oil and ceramic pusher in one handle!

1. Push the bottom to turn it on and wait for 5 minutes. Soon the oil will rise.
2. Start cleaning the cuticle line.
3. Remove loose skin under the cuticle and hangnails by gently rubbing while making a circle.
4. To store, close the top and push the bottom stick out.
