At night, apply an appropriate amount following the cleanser and toner step of your skincare routine. Use the fingertips or a cotton pad to apply this product.
Gently massage into the skin and tap to facilitate absorption.
Follow with your favourite night moisturiser/sleeping mask.
Apply 1-2 nights a week.
