Rovectin Cica Care Purifying Toner is a calming facial toner that targets the most sensitive and irritated skin that has been damaged by common conditions, including hormonal breakouts, age, and rosacea.
Volume: 260ml
After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with Rovectin Cica care toner and gently wipe outwards to remove excess dirt and impurities.
