  • Points Exclusions: Unfortunately, you can’t earn loyalty points on some brands, including: Lancome, Filorga, Guerlain, Loccitane, Bvlgari, Dermalogica, Pola.
  • Reward Redemption: Once you redeem your reward, you have 30 days to use the coupon. If you don’t use it within that time, it will expire, and the points used for the redemption won’t be refunded.
  • Inactive Accounts: Don’t worry—active accounts won’t lose their points. But if your account has been inactive (no points earned or spent in 365 days), your points will reset to zero. You’ll get a 30-day notice via email, so be sure to keep earning those points!
