I was recently introduced to Rovectin and I loved so many things about it. The packaging of this Korean skincare brand is sleek, practical and totally Instagram worthy, the range is large and caters to a lot of different skin issues, the texture of everything is heavenly and they are all relatively fragrance free (the face oil does have a slight fragrance) so this works well for sensitive skin. But the one thing I loved most about this skincare range was that it was born out of a brother’s love for his sister as he watched her skin deteriorate due to chemo treatment. Having my own mother go through chemotherapy last year I can attest to the fact that your skin just doesn’t do well during treatment. If I had known about this range earlier I would definitely have invested in it for mum!
A little bit about the hero products:
This has such a soft texture and a very gentle fresh fragrance. It soaked into my skin right away and my skin felt plump and well hydrated almost immediately after adding this into my nighttime routine. Shes a keeper for SURE!
This fragranced oil was gorgeous! It smells heavenly (think: fresh and slightly floral). I used this in the morning underneath my makeup and it didn’t alter the consistency of anything. In fact, I think it helped blend my skincare together (which had an annoying habit of pilling). But it was a great barrier for my skin and kept it protected and hydrated through the day!
This mask infused with the essence of the Rovectin Treatment lotion is probably my favourite product! A cooling mask that left my skin SO plump and glowy in 20 minutes. I was genuinely shocked. All the remaining essence blended in afterwards beautifully and I felt like my skin was glowing for days afterwards!
So happy to be introduced to this range! And don’t worry, I definitely shared it with my mum and we’re already noticing such a difference in her poor skin!
